
As of January 4th 13 of the 20 breakout sessions are already lined up. Each breakout session is scheduled for a 75 minute block of time to allow you to present your material and answer any questions posed by session attendees. Please plan accordingly.
VPPPA Region VIII is now accepting proposals for presentations at our 2012 conference, which will be held May 2-3rd, 2012, at the Doubletree Hotel Denver Tech.
When submitting your proposal for a breakout session, please include the following information:
We will assign presentation slots on a first-come, first-served basis and will do our best to accommodate any requests we receive, but make no promises on time slot selection.
Equipment suppliers/service providers – we welcome you to submit a workshop proposal as well. We ask that you limit promotional discussion and focus on information that our members will be able to immediately act on at their own worksites.
Please submit all proposals to Tony Stoner, Region VIII Chair at f_tonys@marvin.com. All proposals will be reviewed by members of the Region VIII Board and will be responded to as quickly as possible.
