2011 Elections

This year was a year of transition for the board. Long-time board member Kelli Heflin stepped down as Chair. Kelli has served on the board for 8 years; four years as treasurer and the past four years as Chair. We want to thank Kelli for her hard work and know that she’ll always be around to help out in the future. 

Stepping in as the new Chairperson is Anthony Stoner, from Integrity Windows and Doors in Fargo, ND. Tony is another long-time board member, having served four years as Secretary and the past 3 years as the Non-Union Site Representative.

Scott Stice, from Morton Salt in Salt Lake City, UT, long-suffering Treasurer of the Board, was re-elected to his position for another two year term. Scott’s financial reports indicate that Region VIII is in excellent financial health.   

Guy Robison, from Battelle’s Tooele Operations, is a new addition to the Board, stepping in as a Director at Large. Guy has been involved as a VPP CO-Chair with Battelle/TOCDF and is looking forward to learning more about the VPPPA and helping the region as they continue to grow.

The Board would like to extend a thank you and farewell to former Director at Large Staci Cannady, who left us in late 2010 due to relocation with her employer.
